Step 01
Order Confirmation
We will send you an order confirmation form within 3 working days after receiving your order to ensure smooth processing of your order . This confirmation will include all relevant details about the order. Once you confirm, we will immediately start processing the order.
Step 02
Pre-production Sample
After you confirm the order details, we will prepare the pre-production sample within 3-5 working days and send you photos or send it to you for confirmation of style and quality.
Step 03
Production Preparation
Within 2-4 business days after order confirmation, we will prepare the raw materials and processes required for underwear production. This stage includes fabric procurement, waistband procurement, packaging procurement, as well as the procurement of other accessories, pattern making, and process preparation.

Production Preparation
The production time for custom underwear depends on the order size and complexity. Generally, the production cycle is 15-20 business days. We meticulously craft each piece of underwear to ensure quality and attention to detail according to your requirements. We will only begin cutting the bulk fabric and proceed with sewing and other subsequent operations after you confirm the pre-production sample, in order to avoid wasting resources and time.

Quality Inspection and Packaging
After production is completed, we conduct strict quality inspections on each pair of underwear according to AQL 2.0 standards to ensure that you do not receive any defective items. Only after passing inspection will the underwear be packaged, with each piece being carefully packed to ensure safe transportation.
Step 06
Shipping
Once your custom underwear is ready for shipment, we will use a reliable international logistics company to ensure fast and safe transportation. The international logistics company we work with has been in partnership for over five years. We will also provide you with relevant logistics tracking information, so you can easily check the shipping status at any time.
The actual production timeline may be affected by factors such as the volume of the order, complexity, and any specific requirements. We will do our utmost to ensure that your custom apparel is completed within a reasonable period.
