Why Charge For Samples?
The purpose of charging a sample fee is to facilitate a seamless customization process, ensure the production of high-quality underwear, and prevent resource wastage. By implementing this approach, we enhance our ability to meet the specific needs of our customers and provide professional services within the custom lingerie industry. This practice allows us to focus on delivering exceptional products while maintaining efficiency throughout the production cycle.

Cost Recovery:
Producing samples requires materials and labor, and charging a sample fee helps cover these costs.

Client Commitment:
Charging a sample fee indicates that the client takes the product development seriously, effectively filtering out clients who may not be genuinely interested, which reduces wasted communication and resources.

Customization Services:
For customized underwear styles, creating samples often involves additional design work and adjustments. The sample fee compensates for this extra effort.

The sample fee includes the following items and services:
1.Material Costs: The cost of all fabrics and accessories required to produce the sample, such as elastics, lace, tags, etc.
2.Labor Costs: The labor costs associated with design, cutting, sewing, and finishing the samples, including workers' wages.
3.Design Fees: If the client requires custom designs or modifications to existing styles, the sample fee may include the cost of the designer’s services.
The items listed above are typically included in the sample fee. However, the exact sample fee and included components may vary based on the specific circumstances of the underwear design. If certain items are not covered by the sample fee, we will clearly indicate this on the sample fee page and provide alternative options or details regarding any additional fees if necessary. It is essential for customers to have a clear understanding of what is included before paying the sample fee to avoid any misunderstandings or disputes in the future.
Free Sample
VIP customers
We will offer free samples to our VIP customers. VIP customers are valued long-term partners who have consistently supported and contributed to our brand and products. VIP status will be determined based on factors such as our history of cooperation, order volume, and frequency of orders.
Prospective Customers and Brand Customers
We are also happy to provide free samples to prospective customers with strong potential and those who own their own brands. These customers are valuable for product feedback and collaboration opportunities, and we aspire to build long-term partnerships with them. Eligibility for the free sample policy will be assessed based on factors such as their potential, market influence, and brand recognition.
For other customers, we will charge a sample fee
This includes costs for materials, design, and other related expenses. This ensures that we provide you with high-quality custom underwear and professional services.
Refund Policy for Sample Fees
Sample Fee Deduction from Order Total
If the customer chooses to proceed with custom-made underwear and the total order amount if the order quantity reaches 1,000 pieces, the paid sample fees can be deducted from the total order amount. This decision aims to reward customers who decide to continue the collaboration and place bulk orders, while also serving as a response to their trust and support.
Sample fees may be refunded under the following conditions:
1. If the customer decides not to proceed with the customization after paying the sample fees, and production of the samples has not yet commenced.
2. If significant issues arise on our end during the sample production process that prevent timely delivery or failure to meet the customer's requirements.
Refund Process
If the customer qualifies for a sample fee refund, we will follow the steps outlined below:
1.The customer must submit a refund request to our customer service team, including relevant order and payment details.
2.We will verify the request and determine eligibility for the refund.
3.Once the refund is approved, we will initiate the refund process according to the customer's preferred refund method. Please note that the timeline for refunds may vary based on the selected method and the processing speed of financial institutions.
Please be aware that sample fees are non-refundable under the following circumstances:
1.The customer has confirmed and initiated the production of samples.
2.The samples have been completed and fulfill the customer's requirements and expectations.
